About the event
Art is Important is an outreach program focused on using art as expression and holistic healing for restorative justice, mental health, and substance abuse in Athens-Clarke County. We believe that sports are a part of the arts and this fundraiser will highlight that.
We hope to acquire 3 workstations, 3 microphones, 3 audio interfaces, and 3 DSLR cameras from the proceeds of this fundraiser. This equipment acquisition will allow us to facilitate more students at once.
